It's Your Turn To Vaccinate

Nowadays, Covid-19 ( SARS-CoV-2) is known to all of you. COVID-19 is very serious and very contagious. Though the COVID-19 pandemic first began at the beginning of 2020.

The COVID-19 virus spreads primarily through droplets of saliva or discharge of the nose when an infected person coughs or sneezes. Although for most people Covid-19 causes only mild illness, It can make some people like  60 years and older or people with certain medical problems like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease, and cancer are at higher risk of getting a serious illness with Covid-19. Globally, as of 8th April 2021, there have been 132,730,691 confirmed cases of COVID-19, including 2,880,726 deaths, reported to WHO.  In India, as of 8th April, there have been 12,928,574 confirmed cases of COVID-19, including 166,862 deaths.

Types of Vaccines  in India;

After research and research, Some countries are beginning to deploy COVID-19 vaccines and it's bringing new hope to the

fight against the global pandemic.
In India, there are two vaccines like Covishield and Covaxin approved and that are currently being administered to eligible Indians. The COVID-19 pandemic is changing rapidly and requires different strategies to maintain clinical preventive services, including immunization. Large-scale clinical trials found that the COVID-19 vaccination prevented most people from getting COVID-19.

What is the COVID-19 vaccination?

COVID-19 vaccination is an important tool to help stop the COVID-19 Pandemic.

COVID-19 Vaccination helps protect people from getting sick or severely ill with COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) and might also help protect people around them.

To receive the most protection, people could receive all recommended doses of a COVID-19 vaccine.

CDC recommends you get a COVID-19 vaccine as soon as one is available to you.

Why is the COVID-19 vaccination

Vaccines currently approved for use in the United States are effective at preventing COVID-19.

COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective.

You may have side effects after vaccination, but these are normal.

It typically takes two weeks after you are fully vaccinated for body protection (immunity) against the virus that causes COVID-19.

Who is taking the COVID -19 vaccine :

Vaccines will become widely available, in the coming months.
People who have been fully vaccinated can start to do everything. Some people who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 will still sick because the vaccines are not 100% effective. When this happens, vaccination might help keep you

from getting seriously ill, based on data from clinical studies.
For this reason, Covid-19 vaccines are an essential tool to protect people against COVID-19, including against new variants.CDC recommends getting vaccinated as soon as the vaccine is available to you. But some people are thinking negatively and they don't go to the vaccination. They require self-motivation to do that. They do not know that if they missed the chance to take the vaccine, they are at high risk. As of 7th April 2021, a total of 650,382,819 vaccine doses have been administered. More than 60 million people have received the first dose, and over 10 million people have been fully vaccinated after receiving the second dose.

The government has decided that first the frontline and health

care workers, as well as people above 60 years of age and people over 45 years of age with co-morbidities, were being administered the vaccines and requested that all eligible people should immediately register and get vaccinated.  Today th
e prime minister calls to inoculate maximum people for "Tika Utsav" from April 11 to 14.

Vaccination is one of the factors to rescue from COVID-19 and precautions should be another major factor. So always we say, "precaution is better than cure."

What to do for the precaution?

Wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth to help protect yourself and others.

Stay 6 feet apart from others who don’t live with you.

Get a COVID-19 vaccine when it is available to you.

Avoid crowds and poorly ventilated indoor spaces.

Wash your hands often with soap and water.

Use hand sanitizer if soap and water aren’t available.

Further to save yourself and save your family, you must participate in the very good program "Tika Utsav". Don't miss the opportunity to rescue your family from taking COVID -19 Vaccine. "Take Vaccine, Save Life."

Thank You.
